Provodore has longstanding established relationships with a range of top retailers throughout Asia and North America.  

Retailers are time poor yet always searching for products to give them a competitive advantage.  Paradoxically, this makes it very difficult to engage with these buyers who are wrestling with almost 6000 SKU’s per person.  Having the ear and trust of these buyers will cut through often years of frustrating and fruitless attempts to engage.

This direct connection eliminates the void between producer and buyer.  The traditional importer and distributor model more often than not disadvantages the producers as they are unable to obtain valuable data, feedback and competitor behaviours.

 

We create a robust and efficient supply chain model into retail that can be replicated in new markets incorporating both marketing ‘push’ and ‘pull’ elements. This includes:

  • A consistent and structured approach to accessing the category managers of new retail targets
  • A consistent structured approach to an initial sales pitch of new retail targets
  • A coordinated approach to promotional in-store tastings to maximise sales of existing retail customers and new retail targets
